We started 3Square Interiors because too many Chennai homeowners told us the same story — beautiful renderings, then months of delays and budget overruns. We design and build differently.
OUR STORY
Started by people who were tired of watching renovations go wrong
3Square Interiors was founded in Chennai in 2017 by a small team of designers and site engineers who kept hearing the same complaint from friends and family: contractors who disappeared mid-project, quotes that quietly doubled, and finishes that didn’t match what was promised.
We built 3Square around a simple idea — one team should own the entire job, from the first measurement to the final coat of paint, with a written quote that doesn’t move once you’ve signed off on it.
Nine years on, we’ve completed interiors for over 240 homes across Pazhavanthangal, Nanganallur, Tambaram and the surrounding neighbourhoods — for villa owners, apartment owners, and independent house owners who simply wanted their renovation to go the way it was promised.

Quotes don’t change after signing
Every material, fitting and labour cost is itemised before work begins. If your scope changes, we quote the change separately — your original number stays untouched.
One project lead, always reachable
You get a single point of contact who knows your site personally — not a different number to call for carpentry, electrical and painting.
3D design before any cutting begins
You see and approve a full 3D layout of your space before a single board is cut, so there are no surprises once execution starts.
We stand behind our work, in writing
Every project comes with a 10-year warranty on workmanship and materials — documented, not just promised verbally.
